In addition to website language, your priorities may lead you to evaluate other aspects of campus life and policies. You might review community standards, chapel speakers, campus ministry partnerships, student conduct records, classroom climate, and faculty standards relating to statements of faith and support for biblical worldview in the classroom.

Regarding "Christian" colleges, some families assume that any such college will share the views and values of their local church home. But "Christian" colleges vary widely in theological depth and cultural distinctiveness.

Regarding secular or politically neutral colleges, some families may assume that they are spiritual wastelands. However, Christians often establish or participate in vibrant fellowship groups on such campuses.
